2006 Mercedes Benz E350 4matic Needs Engine Repair

2006 MERCEDES BENZ E350 4matic. I am listing this for a friend. The engine does start and run but I would not recommend long distance driving. Sometimes it runs great and other times it has a bad engine miss. Check engine light is on of course. The codes are as pictured. The body is in great shape.
