1996 Mitsubishi Delica Diesel Van Green 4wd Automatic

north carolina title. diesel .bought it not running. never got to doing anything with it. previous guy disconnected the fuel pump. i tried priming but it wouldnt so i connected an external tank to the filter and it primed. id say it was a bad line between the filter and tank. possibly tank. needs new valve cover gasket installed and oil pan gasket leak so bad even if it did run you shouldnt. has alot of rust. interior looks amazing for the age. shipping is on you i use uship.com. zip code is 326...
