2010 Ford Transit Connect Cargo Van Utility Minivan - 148881 Miles - Runs Ok

Please see pictures for vehicle condition. Body has rust, scuffs, missing front cap. Back left door window was replaced, inner cover damaged. Shifter handle is loose and slides off; shifter works but button does not - cannot be put into overdrive. Engine consistently revs between 1-1.5K RPM while idling, vehicle shakes.
